Amy Cappellanti-Wolf is a seasoned Global HR executive, business transformer, and executive coach, Amy brings deep expertise across the full spectrum of people and organizational strategy. With a career spanning startups to Fortune 500 companies, she is known for building high-performing leadership teams and steering organizations through complex transformation—ranging from pre-IPO scaling to M&A integration, rapid growth, divestitures, and cultural reinvention.

Amy’s leadership experience spans technology (Cohesity, Symantec, Silver Spring Networks, Cisco, Sun Microsystems), entertainment (The Walt Disney Company), and consumer goods (Frito-Lay). Her specialties include business transformation, change management, organizational design, talent and succession planning, operational and process excellence, and total rewards strategy.

She holds an M.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations and a B.S. in Journalism and Public Relations from West Virginia University.

Amy is a seasoned board leader, having served on the Board of Directors and as Chair of the Compensation Committee at Softchoice (TSE: SFTC), a leading IT solutions and managed services provider. She also served as a Board Member and Chair of the Compensation Committee at D-Wave (NYSE: QBTS), a pioneer in quantum computing technology, and Betterworks, a human capital management platform. In addition, Amy is a Board Advisor to Wellist, a digital health company focused on personalized care navigation, and is an active member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).

Her contributions to leadership and people strategy have earned her numerous accolades, including Women of Influence by the Silicon Valley Business Journal (2022), recognition as one of the Top 50 Most Influential Women Tech Leaders by the National Diversity Council, and induction into the Roll of Distinguished Alumni at WVU’s John Chambers College of Business and Economics. In 2025, Amy was recognized by HR Executive Magazine as one of the Top 100 HR Tech Influencers.
